This senior cat named Britches was ṃissing a few teeth and she also has a b.a.d memory, but that didn’t stop her to live her life happily. A woman named Karyn Poplin, owner of Kitty Adventure Rescue League and Sanctuary changed her ṃiṣerable life after being saved.
Britches’ first day at home was so sweet because she waddled up to her rescuer and feels like she doesn’t want to leave Karyn’s side until britches became Karyn’s little shadow who follows her everywhere she goes.
The poor senior cat has a lot of health iṣṣues, she was ḙρilḙρtic, missing a few teeth, and has a b.a.d memory but she was a fiɡhter that never gave up on life.
“She can only turn to the left, gets in the way, wakes up in a new place every single day, and doesn’t always make it to a litter box, but she’s my Britches and she’s perfect,” Karyn said.
The senior cat’s adventurous personality and love for other things beat her memory loss and she found life is fun every day. She was so sweet and she loves cuddling a lot with her human.
According to Karyn, when Britches found a snuggly blanket, she will surely have an instant nap to it.
“She’s lost a few more teeth but she’s the light of our lives. She’s part of the inspiration for why we do what we do here at Kitty Adventure Rescue League and Sanctuary,” Karyn said.
Britches give her new human lots of love and happiness. Despite her age and condition, she shows how sweet she is and feels like she is a kitten at heart. She also knows lots of tricks just to have a treɑt.
She bonded with another cat named Oliver who become her guardian angel. They have an amazing friendship. Oliver also became her full-time nurse who follows her everywhere she goes.
Karyn was so thankful for having Britches in their life because it gives so much joy to them. We hope that they can have more happy memories to make, and we wish for Britches to have a happy and healthy life.
